Hotel Saint Gothard - Nice

The staff were very pleasant and helpful .

Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, and I could hear every conversation from neighboring rooms, difficult to relax. The bathroom was cramped and poorly designed, especially when sharing with someone. The bed pillows also had a strange odor that was off-putting, leaving me to cover them with a T-shirt just to be able to sleep comfortably.

I was shocked by the size of my room. It reminded me of a box! Not to mention the bathroom was so cramped, it woudl ve been better suited for a kid's dollhouse. The internet was atrocious-constantly disconnecting. I thought I might receive some extra amenities in exchange for these grievances, but I guess only certain guests deserve such treatment.

The location was convenient, being just a short walk from the train station and close to various attractions, including the beautiful Promenade des Anglais. The room, while small, was cozy and included useful amenities like a hairdryer and a mini fridge. I particularly enjoyed the included breakfast, the pastries and yogurt were a nice touch to start the day right. Perfectly suited for my short stay while exploring the city.

The staff were cute and provided great local dining recommendations that helped enhance my experience in Nice.

The noise from neighboring rooms was quite noticeable, making it hard to get a restful night's sleep.

The hotel was perfect for our large family, especially with easy access to the train station just a short walk away. It allowed us to explore great spots like Monaco and Cannes. We appreciated the cleanliness and comfort were good.

My wife says that more family amenities would be helpful.

Saint gothard is a great hotel with excellent value for money considering how close it is to the station and the beach. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is right in the city center, so we enjoyed beautiful views .

I stayed for 3 nights in the Standard Double Room. It was clean and cozy with a comfy bed, easy to rest up after a long day. The bathroom was quite small, but it was functional. Loved that the fridge was there for snacks, and the location was super convenient, just a quick walk to the train station for day trips. Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but not a dealbreaker.
